My MBTI type is ENFJ. I am categorized as a leader with thoughtful and idealistic tendencies. I can relate to this to a certain extent, so I tend to agree with it. From that point of view, I (Changbum Ko) spend a lot of time thinking. It means that I utilize my brain a lot.

In my thoughts and thinking, I have three older brothers. I have three older brothers, but I hope there is no misunderstanding because this is a metaphor. In real life, they have their characters and get along well with each other. I would like to introduce you to my figurative brothers of thoughts and ideas.

The first one, the oldest brother, doesn't have a very interesting story to tell when he thinks back on his past life. For most of his life, his presence is suspiciously minimal. He doesn't say much and is quietly dedicated to his work. But when you don't have a big brother, trouble and chaos are everywhere. He is invisible, but he always takes care of his younger siblings. His name is Silent Ko.

The second brother is not my favorite. He has a second nature and is aggressive when he tries to outdo the first. He interferes a lot with his younger siblings. I want to stay away from him because he always puts restrictions on what I do and makes it difficult for me by constantly questioning, interfering, and making things difficult for me. Even the beginning of discord and problems in the family starts with the second brother. His name is mentor (not a military term of interest) Ko.

Finally, there is the third brother. He and I do not have much age difference, so we are relatively close. He is a deep thinker and enjoys contemplation. At first glance, he seems like a person who is close to loneliness, but I think he is a romantic who enjoys solitude. From my perspective, there is a difference between loneliness and solitude. I think loneliness comes to you from the outside, while solitude is something you find within yourself. That's right. The third brother's name is solitude Ko.

My name is Ko, Chang-beom. Silent, Mentor, and Solitude. These three brothers have shaped my life as a thoughtful, idealistic leader. Looking back, I feel like God sent me to have a balanced spirituality through them.

Dallas Willard, who I saw many years ago, said that the most basic disciplines of the Christian life are silence and solitude.” I would say that we need silence and solitude, but we also need a mentor or guide with the specialized knowledge and understanding of an advisor, for the healthy navigation of our thoughts and ideas.
