I gained a lot of insight from the book Future Self, which I came across late last year. I read it in two days, and I still find myself flipping through it occasionally to read, check off, and memorize. The author, Benjamin Hardy, is a man of passion and faith who once served as a missionary and experienced the mission field. Now he is not only an author, but also a wealthy man with a self-multiplying fortune. He describes the changes he has made since seeing his future.

In the section we opened today, author Hardy talks about the relationship between God and man, giving us time to think about our own lives. He says that the analogy of God being the potter and humans being the pottery is inappropriate. He believes that God is the parent of humanity and that all humans are literally God's children. These are also ideas and beliefs that are imbued with Christian thinking and values.

We seem to be making progress and advancement in the ongoing development of civilization on this planet, and that's where Elon Musk's quote comes in. “Life is a school, an incubator, a simulation. We develop by accumulating experiences in life.” (2018) In this context, Hardy shares his thoughts in the book that every human being chooses what kind of life they will experience and what lessons they will learn. He offers the following 10 rules

<These are the rules that author Cherie Carter-Scott suggests in If life is a Game, These Are the Rules.

01. You will receive a physical body.

02. You will learn a lesson. You will be enrolled in a full course of the informal school of life.

03. There are no mistakes in this school. There are only lessons.

04.The lesson is repeated until you learn it.

05.The work of learning a lesson never ends. If you are alive, it means there are still lessons to be learned.

06. There is no 'elsewhere' that is better than 'too'.

07.Other people are mirrors of you. When you like or dislike a trait in another person, it's a reflection of what you like or dislike about yourself.

08.What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and materials you need. It's only up to you to decide how to use them.

09.The answers to life's questions are within you. All you have to do is look, listen, and believe.

10.You will forget all these rules the moment you are born.
